now i have to think how to explain this... i guess it's about those women who feel always obligated to be perfect mothers, housewifes and wifes, or in other words - my mother.
auch! painfull! that's my grandmother. My mother also used to be that way, but luckily she has seen the light and takes some time for herself now and again..
i love all the prints - i think i'm gonna give my mom a call.
i also took some time to look back at your other work (since you were so kind as to look at mine), and i must say that i enjoy the diversity in styles that you've used. i've always thought that it was good to have a lot of "tools", and you certainly do.

We share the same feelings too.

That is powerful, thank you!
That is a very fine illo and here too the sacrificing mother is a familiar bitter-sweet figure.
Many will relate to this.
Yes - I think, the little word "perfect" is destructive for everybody!
very fine image - and I like the newspaper - from which country comes the newspaper?
thank you. the newspaper is from Israel, and is written in hebrew.
Newsprint is very hard to get out of the rug. Here's to all the moms out there!
