IF - giant

This illo is part of a personal project I'm working on, inspired by the fairytale The little Goldfish, also known as The Fisherman and The Golden Fish.
The fisherman's wife, once a poor woman, turns herself into an honorable lady, a king and a pope, but her hunger for power can't be satisfied.
Done with acrylic on brown paper. If you feel like it, click to enlarge :)

Wow! There is a lot of feeling in this illo. Just the noses alone make you think she is evil and he is sweet and kind. Great work.

I love it. I love how you can see the paper behind too. Did you scan it? I've been told this combination (acrylics on brown paper) is difficult to scan but yours seems more than fine to me!

Lovely textures and feel...his scarf is cool...and people seeking power somehow seem fat, furious and funny!
