IF: voices

I'm a new mom - my son was born a month & a half ago - and since than everyone keeps giving their advice, wanted or not...
My husband ignores them, but for me it's very difficult and I find myself thinking about it over and over again. Sometimes it seems to me as if everyone has gone crazy, and I'm the only logical person left, and sometimes I feel as if I'm the crazy one.

This was done (while breastfeeding) with colored pencils in my moleskine.

You will come through!
Sort out one or two whom you trust for advice and let the rest wash over you.
Nice illustration.

Wow, talk about multitasking! Here's my parental advice: enjoy him! They grow up way too fast.
This is the time of life when a mother perfects the 'vacant smile' response. I have been using it now for over 31 years.

How well I remember all those voices in my head as a new mom! you captured it perfectly- and that you drew it while nursing is so fitting!

The voice that counts the most is your own- which at times will seem miles away- try to get quiet and listen to your own. Trust it. Your voice will not lead you astray.
